Sea Glass from the Jersey Shore

I haven't been looking for sea glass lately because it's summer and everyone is looking for it.  I look but I don't look specifically for it unless it's really low tide.

But that doesn't mean I still don't make necklaces and such from the pieces I do have.

Wine Charms

Today's post will be all about my beach writing wine charms.

Why, because I'm drawing a blank what to write about and it's been too long!

I could tell you about the jackass I encountered on the beach yesterday who not only walked through my shot, but basically right in my writing, which was 1 foot in front of me... so on an empty beach he was rude enough to basically walk INTO me...  

But that's negative.  LOL so how about I show you the new pictures I took of my Mr & Mrs wine charms instead.

You'd think

that doing beach writings would be a snap.

But when the weather doesn't cooperate, or the ocean is angry or it's just a weekend in the summer.... it's not so easy.

I still love it and really any reason to go to the beach, even if it's just to check out the conditions, is a great reason.

For the last few days it's been cloudy before the beach opens.  Not dark cloudy, but cloudy.  And when people order pictures and want them to look like this one,

 then I have to wait for a bright blue sky day!  And that has not happened in a few days.

So I sit here, getting antsy because I have orders to fill. 

Hopefully tomorrow will be a good beach day!

My Fairy Garden

I'm not exactly sure how I got the idea to do this.. I think it was from seeing the small bird houses online somewhere.  It's not done yet, but  finally got it outside.

I bought the bird houses at AC Moore & painted them myself.

I will be adding more.
